    But the only reason Arteta doesn’t get into the Spanish national team is because he plays for a non-champions league club. I’m certain that if Everton qualified for the champions league a couple of times he’d start getting games for Spain. Oh yeah, and if Arteta was Russian he’d get into their national team. 😉
